system.

type of indicators. There are two things which guides us to find statics and we
become able to improve the system.

These factors measure the system negativity this analysis tell us where
our system remain lag to approach the safety measures and we bypass some standards due to the consequence may lead
to these factors. In common when we fail to implementation of system we get a consumer
confidence loss, moral dip, compensations, legal issues, time wastage, decrease
in profit, new hiring expenses, increase in cost of product, loss of raw
materials, trainings cost .
2. Leading factors
These are opposite
of first and lead to positive edge. These indicators give us grow in our business.
Which lead a profit for business improve productivity rate, client satisfaction,
reduce the product cost, better environment for working, high morale of workers,
reduction in compensation, achieve high rate of safe man hours, reduction in material wastage, competency
level increase.
