About the Position
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and control the facilities budgetsWorks with property and maintenance team to determine how maintenance is performing against budget and highlights areas of concern to [URL Removed] and schedule all jobs reported in Computerized Maintenance Management [URL Removed] the physical plant including equipment, heat pumps, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems in accordance with Standard Operating [URL Removed] service contracts to support property [URL Removed] fire crew has complete understanding of all procedures, equipment and [URL Removed] and supports maintenance team to effectively manage controllable expensesManages and controls heat, light and [URL Removed] stock and control purchases across all [URL Removed] integration of departmental goals in game [URL Removed] execution of long-term preventative maintenance [URL Removed] financial reports and statements to determine how facilities is performing against [URL Removed] potential areas of concern and proposing solutions to owners in a proactive [URL Removed] a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired [URL Removed] and control all information technology related itemsDesired Knowledge / Experience & Behavior:Matric or N4 Built Environment or Equivalent6 years' experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional areaTechnical training in Construction/Electrical/Plumbing or Building MaintenanceComputer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office products If you are interested in this role then hit apply and if you have not received any feedback within 2 weeks of submitting your CV, please consider your application unsuccessful.
