Service Engineer -Valve, tubing
Location: Mandai
Salary: 2800/month

Responsibilities:

Execute service contracts that sales department has accepted.
Perform visual and functional checks on company’s product on site as requested by clients.
Communicate with workers on site and supervise their tasks.
Provide site supervision on contractors for proper installation of products.
Handle trouble shooting on products on site and identify any leaking or faulty installation of components.
Follow up with end-user for root cause analysis with reports.
Present on improvement plans that generate pull-through product sales.
To undertake all jobs and services undertaken by the Services Department such as project assembly, orbital welding, product assembly such as hoses, actuated ball valves etc.
Perform assembly works for CS projects e.g. customize panels, customize skids, system assemblies and perform leak testing.

Requirement:

Degree, Diploma in Instrument, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, with at least 2-3 years relevant experience in onsite services.
and/or maintenance work in Oil & Gas and or Petrochemical plants.
Passionate about on onsite inspection, testing and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
Familiar with material compatibility, tubing - piping system and rotating equipment will be an added advantage Knowledgeable in industrial safety requirements and practices.
