HSE Officers Approved ADNOC Offshore


Principal Accountabilities
a) Implement Company Policy/procedure and followed at all levels.
b) Ensure all personnel are aware of the QHSE Management system of the company
c) Preparation of Project site HSE Plan and emergency response plan.
d) Represent the Company in client’s QHSE meetings.
e) Participate in Risk assessment of project activities.
f) Conduct QHSE Induction Training program for new employees.
g) Conduct in house training programs in accordance with training plan, maintain all records.
h) Conduct weekly/Monthly QHSE meetings.
i) Conduct weekly/Monthly inspection of facility or project equipment-tools, detail reports to be submitted to Line Manager and HSE Head.
j) Follow up all pending NCR/observations, not closed by Project team members.
k) Monitor workplace activities on daily basis.
l) Monitor and update the HSE risks register and ensure all mitigation plans are strictly adhere to throughout the project execution.
m) Participate in Daily TBT Briefing as witness while job to be started.
n) Update all project wise HSE Documents for client audits.
o) Identify the significant environmental aspect and impacts and take the appropriate control measures.
p) Investigate Potential accident-incident-Near Miss and take corrective action accordingly.
q) Communicate with the workforce about any lesson learned from the accident/Near Miss.
Prepare the Monthly Internal and client required HSE reports.
