Job Description
Responsibilities
- To assist process engineers in expediting the evaluation and other testing needed
- Perform Au line follow up and troubleshooting according to Engineer instruction
- Maintain the chemical balance and line condition according to engineer instruction
- Production support of process line
- Any other jobs assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or related qualifications Chemical/ Chemistry
- Used to chemical environment, hands on chemical analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Must be a team player and fast learner
- Understand instructions and can work with minimum supervision
- Experience in plating process is an advantage
