Key responsibilities will include
- Preparation of Reports & Certifications
- Track bookings and record keeping
- Coordination with other offices
- Preparation of Engineers Reports and notes
- Manage the day-to-day Orders and Completion of Assigned Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of all Reports and Certificate related activities to achieve operational and strategic goals
- Monthly review and analysis of Order Records
- Basic Human Resources tasks
- Provide general admin support
Qualification:
- Only male candidate
- Microsoft Office background is a must
- Fast Type Setting Skills
- Quick Learning Skills
