ADMIN OFFICER

Key responsibilities will include
  • Preparation of Reports & Certifications
  • Track bookings and record keeping
  • Coordination with other offices
  • Preparation of Engineers Reports and notes
  • Manage the day-to-day Orders and Completion of Assigned Tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of all Reports and Certificate related activities to achieve operational and strategic goals
  • Monthly review and analysis of Order Records
  • Basic Human Resources tasks
  • Provide general admin support
Qualification:
  • Only male candidate
  • Microsoft Office background is a must
  • Fast Type Setting Skills
  • Quick Learning Skills
