Reliability Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to work for a leading Oil & Gas Operator in the UAE.
This position is a permanent staff position, based from their Head Office in Dubai, with solid long-term stability and progression opportunities for the right applicant.
Reliability Engineer Role:
This role will see you be responsible to identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations. As the Reliability Engineer you will originate and develop analysis methods to determine reliability of components, equipment and processes.
The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for the acquiring and analysis of data, preparing diagrams, charts, drawings, calculation and reports to define reliability problems and make recommendations for improvements.
As the Reliability Engineer you will be conducting analysis of reliability problems and investigate to determine the required reliability approach for a particular situation, with consideration given to cost limitations for equipment uptime/downtime, repair/replacement costs and availability.
Another purpose of the role is to determine cost advantages of alternatives and develop action plans that comply with operations demands for reliable processes / equipment to avoid failures.
